Build your perfect daily routine to live fully and energised. The Internet is full of YouTube morning routine videos and content on how to set the day to be productive without being overwhelmed by troubles and stress. They are all useful to get inspired, but it is important that everyone creates his or her own routine according to individual needs and preferences.
Therefore, start by focusing on yourself: listen to yourself, identify your priorities and choose carefully your daily habits. How do you feel waking up at dawn? Do you prefer waking up when the sun is already shining? Do you like to start your day off with a workout, a yoga session or with breakfast? Or do you prefer to sleep as much as possible? Bear in mind that it is your choice on how to organise your days. Do you schedule your day according to what you have or want to accomplish by the end of the day, or do you make a list of priorities and you proceed step by step? Who do you want to spend time with? How do you take care of yourself? These and many others are the questions that you can ask yourself to understand what works better for you. Question your certainties and try new habits out in order to figure out how to structure your day.
Remember to take some time for yourself and your passions, because that will enable you to live every moment with enthusiasm.
Moreover, specific activities and hobbies are conventionally associated with specific moments of the day: DJ work by night and sleep during the day; students attend classes in the morning and study in the afternoon. Bear in mind to be the director and actor of your life (Read here to know more), without being influenced by what you are conventionally supposed to do. You have the potential to do whatever you want to do!
